Shipping & Returns

Once you place your order, you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail, notifying that your order has gone through our system.

Preparation: All orders placed before 12:30 pm (CEST) from Monday to Friday, will be prepared and shipped from our warehouse on the same day.

Shipment: As soon as our warehouse has prepared your order, you should receive another email stating the order status and tracking number.

EXEO Athletics will not be responsible for any delivery incidents that may occur from any customer negligence during the check out process. Please, state all the information required for an appropriate delivery.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us by emailing us at solljusstore@gmail.com
* Cancelations are only available for unfulfilled orders. We cannot assure that your order will be cancelled if you've contacted us, as this is out of our control.

There may be additional charges related to import customs and duties for shipments to the following countries, for which SOLLJUS will not be responsible for:

RETURNS: 

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something’s not quite right, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to return or exchange it.*

*To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Once your return is made, please allow up to 10 days for it to be received, inspected, and processed by our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been handled.
